Shipping and delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States and Israel for now.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every US order. This is our launch offer. Shipping to Israel is a flat $13 per order.

How long will my order take?

Our items ship from our production partners in China. Processing takes 1-5 business days, and estimated delivery is 8-22 days from your order, usually 2-3 weeks. See Shipping for details.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Every order gets a tracking number by email.

When should I order for Christmas?

For delivery by Christmas, we recommend ordering by November 24. This date is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Sizing

How do your sizes run?

Many of our items use Asian sizing, which runs about one size smaller than US sizing, so we recommend ordering one size up from your usual US size. Each product page has sizing notes, and our Size guide has an approximate conversion to US sizes.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Can I return or exchange an item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, and nothing needs to be sent back.

For a wrong size or a change of mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. For items under $40, you keep the item and choose an exchange (we send the new size, you pay $5.95 shipping) or store credit for the item price, valid for 12 months. One size exchange per order. For items $40 and up, you can return the item unworn with tags, at your own cost, to the return address we email you (it may be outside the US, and international postage can cost more than the item) for a refund of the item price or an exchange. Or keep the item and receive a 30% partial refund.

Socks and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned unless defective. Full details are on our Returns & exchanges page.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel for free before your order ships. Contact us as soon as you can.

Payment

How can I pay?

We accept PayPal. You can also pay by card through the PayPal checkout. All prices are in USD.

Our products

Are these official anime products?

No. We don't sell licensed products or copied characters. Our products feature traditional Japanese motifs like sakura, koi, waves, cranes, dragons and tigers, plus classic public-domain woodblock art.
